अष्टांगिक मार्ग कोणसे है? What is Noble Eightfold path ??

1. सम्यक दृष्टि : जागरूक होके सचेत अवस्था मे देखना

2. सम्यक संकल्प : संकल्प सत्य , सही और आसान होना चाहीये

3. सम्यक वाक : हानिकारक बातें और झूठ न बोलके हमेशा सत्य ही बोलना 

4. सम्यक कर्म : हानिकारक कर्म न करना मंगल और कुशल कर्म ही करना

5. सम्यक जीविका : दृष्टता और दुर्व्यवहार से आजीविका न करे  

6. सम्यक प्रयास : हर क्षेत्र मे कुशल प्रयास करे जो सत्य पे आधारित हो

7. सम्यक स्मृति : स्पष्ट ज्ञान से देखने की मानसिक योग्यता पाने की कोशिश करना और अच्छीही स्मृती रखना

8. सम्यक समाधि : सही और सत्य पर आधारित समाधी हो

2. Right Resolution: Resolution must be true, correct and easy.

3. Right Speech: Always speak the truth by speaking. Harmful things and not telling lies

4. Right Deeds : Do not do harmful deeds, Mars and do efficient deeds

5. Right to life: Do not make a living from sight and misbehavior.

6. Right Effort: Make efficient efforts in every field which is based on truth.

7. Right Memories: Trying to get mental ability to see with clear knowledge and keep a good memory in your mind.

8. Right Samadhi: Your Samadhi always should be based on right and truth.
